Marcus Baldini, a visionary filmmaker, made a significant impact in Brazilian cinema with his feature film "Little Surfer Girl" (2011),which garnered over 2.5 million viewers and earned 11 nominations in the prestigious Brazilian Film Academy Awards.
As a seasoned director, Baldini was at the helm of the TV series "PSI" (2014),a critically acclaimed production for HBO Latin Originals, which received a nomination for Best Drama Series in the International Emmy Awards 2015. His feature film "Men Are From Mars... I'm Going There" (2015) was another box office hit, attracting over 2 million viewers in Brazilian theaters, and won the Best Comedy Film award at the Grande Prêmio do Cinema Brasileiro and the Brazilian Film Academy Awards.
Baldini's impressive portfolio also includes directing two episodes of the TV series "Preamar" (2012) for HBO Latin America and co-directing the series "Natalia" (2010) for EBC - TV Brazil.
With a degree in Radio and TV from the School of Communication and Arts (ECA-USP) in 1998, Baldini began his career as a promo director at MTV Brazil. Throughout his career, he has directed numerous music videos and hundreds of commercials, earning accolades at major advertising festivals such as London, New York, and FIAP Brazil.
