Manon Halliburton, the youngest sibling of four older brothers, was born in Lexington, Virginia, where she spent nine formative years of her life. Her parents, Charles Lloyd Halliburton and Donna Lee Young, played a significant role in shaping her early years. The family subsequently relocated to Louisiana, where Manon's father, a professor at Louisiana Tech University, took up residence in Bossier City and Ruston.
As a college student, Manon's passion for acting began to flourish in Louisiana, and it continued to grow when she moved to Kansas City, Missouri. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1997. Manon's academic pursuits didn't stop there; she later moved to Ohio to pursue a Master of Fine Arts degree in acting at Ohio University, where she was awarded the prestigious Helen Hayes scholarship for outstanding achievement in performance as a graduate acting student.
After completing her graduate studies, Manon made the move to New York City, where she resided until 2008. During her time in the Big Apple, she made appearances on the popular TV show Law & Order and had a recurring role on the fourth season of HBO's critically acclaimed series, The Sopranos.
In the summer of 2008, Manon relocated back to Kansas City, Missouri, where she currently resides in North Kansas City with her husband, Jon Robertson, a talented composer and sound designer. Manon is a regular fixture on the Kansas City stages, and she is also a professional headshot photographer, showcasing her versatility and dedication to her craft.
