Manfred Wong Man-Chun is a multifaceted individual who has successfully navigated a diverse range of careers, including writing, radio programming, acting, producing, scriptwriting, and directing.

Born in 1957 in Hong Kong, Manfred initially studied at St. Paul's Convent School before pursuing a major in Communications at Baptist College. Although he did not complete his degree, he went on to become a TV copywriter, setting the stage for his future endeavors.

In 1972, Manfred transitioned to a career in print media, working as a writer for magazines and newspapers. He then joined RTV in 1977 as a scriptwriter, contributing to the development of drama series such as "Reincarnated" and "Dragon Strike." This partnership proved to be a highly successful venture, as the team created the Young and Dangerous series, which became a massive box-office hit.
