Lyne Tremblay is a multi-talented singer, actor, and dancer born in Montreal, Canada. With a career spanning over two decades, Tremblay has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry through her unique blend of original compositions and interpretations in English, French, and Spanish.
Tremblay's journey began with modern dance, touring internationally with the Eddy Toussaint Dance Company. She then transitioned to musical theatre, playing roles such as Cassandra in "Cats" and Sally Bowles in "Cabaret" in Paris. Her other notable roles include Anita in "West Side Story," Nava in the original Montreal production of "Jerusalem," and a starring role in the celebrated Michel Tremblay piece "Albertine en Cinq Temps."
In addition to her stage work, Tremblay has also appeared in several feature films, including "Atlantic City" with Burt Lancaster and Susan Sarandon, "Night Magic" featuring Carole Laure, and "The Anniversary" with Colin Mochrie.
