Born in the vibrant city of Manhattan, New York, this talented individual boasts a rich cultural heritage, being of Greek, Native American (Choctaw),and English descent. He went on to receive an MFA from the esteemed Old Globe/USD program in San Diego, California, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Denison University.
With a strong foundation in acting, his credits include Jed in the critically acclaimed play "The Chosen", as well as English dubbing for Netflix TV/Film, motion capture for the highly successful video game "Red Dead Redemption", and a national network commercial campaign. A classically trained actor, he has also made a name for himself on stage, with notable performances including Angelo in "The Comedy of Errors", directed by Scott Ellis, Antonio in "Twelfth Night", directed by Rebecca Taichman, and the iconic role of Mr. Darcy in "Pride & Prejudice" at the Virginia Stage Company.
Beyond his acting career, Lowell has also made a mark as a writer, with his WWII play "Luft Gangster" enjoying an Off-Broadway run at the Sheen Center, directed by the renowned Austin Pendleton to widespread critical acclaim.
In addition to his artistic pursuits, Lowell has also distinguished himself as a competitive athlete, earning the title of 26-time NCAA All-American and 4-time National Champion Swimmer during his time at Denison University. In 2023, he was inducted into the Denison University Athletic Hall of Fame, a testament to his remarkable achievements both on and off the stage.
