Biography

Lisa, the founder and CEO of Peers and Players, has a rich background in the entertainment industry, having trained at The National Institute of Dramatic Art in Australia. With extensive experience spanning multiple decades, she has honed her skills in film, television, theatre, coaching, presenting, and role-play in both Australia and the United States.

Throughout her illustrious career, Lisa has worn multiple hats, showcasing her versatility as a director, producer, and actor. Her impressive credits include notable titles such as A Place to Call Home, GP, Home & Away, All Saints, Sunday Too Far Away, Monkey Grip, Fool For Love, Catholic School Girls, Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, and Finding Nemo.

Since 1998, Lisa has been dedicated to helping individuals and organizations improve their communication skills. As a director and expert role-player, she has organized and led Corporate Actors for Communication Training, utilizing her exceptional facilitation and presentation skills coaching abilities to empower her clients.

With a genuine passion for enhancing people's ability to communicate effectively in the workplace, Lisa has worked with a diverse range of clients, including KPMG, The Australian Public Service Commission, Victorian Leadership Development Centres, CEB-SHL Talent Measurement Solutions, Telstra, Qantas, Gallup, Unilever, Macquarie Bank, NAB, and Citigroup. Through her unique approach, Lisa has helped her clients discover and convey their unique message, fostering a culture of effective communication and collaboration.
