Lil Rel Howery is a comedian, actor, writer, and producer who rose to superstardom with his role as TSA agent Rod Williams in the Oscar-winning film Get Out. Born Milton "Lil Rel" Howery, he began his journey in comedy at the age of 11, inspired by comedians like Eddie Murphy, Martin Lawrence, and Louie Anderson. He spent his teenage years honing his craft, writing original comedic scenes for his high school peers and eventually landing a spot at The Lion's Den in Chicago's East Side.
Howery's big break came when he submitted a performance tape to BET's Comic View casting department and was offered his first paid television spot in 2001.
