Leonardo Thimo is a talented Theater comic actor and Activist director known for his versatility and distinctive grimace face. Born on September 5th, 1995, in Heraklion, Crete, Greece, he grew up with a single dream to become an actor.
Thimo began his career as a Comedian for Theaters and Entertainer of the nightlife shows, showcasing his talent in video productions such as Funny Show: Part One (2011) and Funny Show Part Two: The Video - Movie (2012). He also appeared in the online series 14.000.000.000$!!! (2013) and A Crazy Leo Show (2013).
Since 2001, Thimo has consistently appeared on the theatrical stage, starring in 96 theatrical plays and directing 28 theatrical plays. He has worked with renowned playwrights such as Aristophanes, Molière, Dario Fo, Bertolt Brecht, and Charles Dickens. Thimo has also directed numerous theatrical trailers, music video clips, and short films.
In addition to his work in theater, Thimo has made Independent Comic Productions, including Dirty Cops: Ta Batsonia (2012) and its sequels. He has an unusual style and often works in Heraklion, Crete, Athens, and other parts of Greece.
Thimo is also a Theatrical Actor and has been involved in various projects, including children's theatrical plays. He owns two dolls, Ataktoulis Ataktos and Sandy the Girlfriend, and has participated in a TV Show with Active European Citizens and Artists.
In 2017, Thimo became the owner of Theatrical Manager of theatrical team ThES Erotokritos, which includes Eleni Anagnostopoulou, Konstantinos Gavroglou, and other talented actors and actresses.
Thimo has also been involved in various activist projects, including an activist documentary about disabilities people, titled AMEA: Akomi Mia Elpida Aliki (2019). He has also participated in the cinema, making his first credit movie, Fantasia (2019),written and directed by Alexis Kardaras.
In 2020, Thimo made a personal tribute movie for the Greek Legend Actress Rena Vlahopoulou, titled Ena Afieroma tou Leonardo Thimo stin Rena Vlahopoulou (2020). He also created a mini series, 2020 A.D. (2020),with musician Dimitris Gaitanis and writer, artist Zoi Gaidatzi, about the early years of Greece.
Thimo's latest projects include starring in two movies, Giati Antonaki, Giati Nikolaki? (2022) and Pou sai more Nikitara (2021),as well as writing and directing his first Feature Film, "Space Melody," which is set to be released in the summer of 2025.
