Born and raised in Luxembourg, Leila's childhood was marked by a sense of adventure as she traveled the world alongside her parents and brothers, fostering a deep-seated longing for the thrill of exploration and the nostalgia that comes with reminiscing about distant places.
As a graduate of the renowned Lee Strasberg Institute in New York, Leila has since honed her craft through a diverse range of acting endeavors, featuring in both short films and feature film productions across the United States and Europe.
Her impressive filmography includes standout projects such as F. Markiewicz's 'Journey to the End of an Identity' and Ivan Kavanagh's 'Never grow old', set to be released later this year.
In addition to her film work, Leila has also made a name for herself in the world of theatre, boasting credits that include Alice Birch's 'Revolt. She said. Revolt again' (translated into French and performed at Théâtre du Centaure),Stefano Massini's '7 Minuten -Betriebsrat' (staged at Staatstheater Mainz),and Diane Samuels' 'Kindertransport' (performed as part of the UK & EU Tour).
