Kyle Darling was born to his parents, Carolyn Darling, a dedicated childcare provider, and Patrick Darling, a seasoned sales manager. He also has a younger brother, Kevin Darling. Growing up in Northfield, Vermont, Kyle developed a passion for the performing arts, participating in local theater productions and landing roles in films in Vermont, New York, and Boston.

The film premiered at the Frameline Film Festival in San Francisco in 2015 and went on to be considered one of the Most Popular Gay Films of 2015 according to IMDb. It was also featured on The M Report: Best Films of 2015...So Far!
Kyle's success in "The Surface" led to more opportunities, including a leading role in the intense short film "Undetectable". The film received the Award of Merit at the San Francisco Film Awards by Critics, further solidifying Kyle's reputation as a talented actor.
In addition to his film work, Kyle also landed a leading role in the music video for "A Place To Go" by Investo and Tara McDonald. The video went on to receive MTV's Clip of the Week and became a viral sensation on YouTube. He also appeared in the web series "We, The Band" and the music video "No Panties" by Kill Frenzy.
