Kristen Ariza, a talented individual, was born in Orlando, Florida, as the youngest child of a Hispanic, West Indian father and an African American mother. This unique blend of heritages has undoubtedly influenced her artistic pursuits.
At the tender age of 17, Kristen's life took an unexpected turn when she landed a role on the British television series "The Tomorrow People" through a chance audition set up by one of her sisters. This initial success sparked a passion for acting within her, and she subsequently decided to pursue a formal education in the field.
Four years later, Kristen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. Her academic achievements served as a solid foundation for her future endeavors, and she went on to hone her craft at the acclaimed Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia. Eventually, she relocated to New York and later to her current residence in Los Angeles, driven by her unwavering dedication to acting.
Throughout her career, Kristen has had the opportunity to perform in a diverse range of stage productions, including contemporary shows, musicals, and Shakespearean plays. Her television credits are equally impressive, featuring guest-starring roles on popular shows such as Charmed, Numb3rs, and Medical Investigation. Moreover, she has secured roles in two upcoming series, set to premiere in Summer 2005, titled The Inside (FOX) and Fathom (NBC).
