He embarked on his educational journey in Zonguldak, completing his elementary, secondary, and high school education in the region. Subsequently, he enrolled in Ankara University's Faculty of Communication, where he pursued a degree in Radio, Television, and Cinema.
During his college years, he developed a passion for theatre and photography, which laid the foundation for his future endeavors. He began working in the field of TV broadcasting, a childhood dream that had long fascinated him. For many years, he worked as a programmer and chief editor at one of Turkey's pioneering private radio stations.
His contributions to the development of private radios in Turkey and the establishment of their legal foundations were substantial, earning him a prominent role in the industry. As the Number One Music TV channel came into being, he returned to television programming and took on the responsibility of directing music videos.
Throughout the 1990s and 2000s, he directed numerous music videos, receiving various TV Music Awards in recognition of his work. He was a long-standing member of the team behind several TV news programs, serving as an audiovisual director and advisor.
In addition to his television work, he has also been involved in the film industry. He served as an assistant director and post-production supervisor on the feature films "Dansoz" and "GORA", and as a production designer on "Kelebegin Ruyasi". His directorial debut was the feature film "Patron Mutlu Son Istiyor".
