Francisco Manabat Perestelo De Matos, more commonly known by his stage name Kiko Matos, embarked on his journey into the world on September 22, 1990, in the culturally rich and vibrant city of Macau. His father, a Portuguese national, and his mother, a Filipino citizen, instilled in him a unique blend of cultural heritage.
Kiko's younger brother, Gonzalo Matos, shared in the joys and challenges of growing up alongside him. As a sibling, Gonzalo played an integral role in shaping Kiko's early life and fostering a lifelong bond between the two brothers.
Kiko's educational path took him to Ann Arbor Montessori in ParaƱaque, Metro Manila, Philippines, where he developed his intellectual and social skills. This foundation would serve him well as he navigated the complexities of adulthood.
Fast-forward to 2018, a significant year in Kiko's life, marked by the arrival of his daughter, born to his partner, Maria Martinez. This new addition to his family brought immense joy and responsibility, as Kiko embarked on the journey of fatherhood.
