Kevin Lance Littlelight, a recent graduate of the esteemed New York Film Academy Film program in New York City, is a multifaceted individual with a rich cultural heritage. Originally from the Tsuu T'ina Nation (Sarcee Tribe),he is set to embark on his first feature film as a director/producer in the spring/summer of 2015.
Prior to his feature film debut, Kevin has been making waves in the film industry with his work on a highly anticipated segment for the four-part horror anthology, "Herschell Gordon Lewis' Blood Mania". His segment, titled "GOREgeous", is set to be released in the spring of 2015, and is sure to send shivers down the spines of horror fans everywhere.
Kevin's creative endeavors extend far beyond the realm of film. He is also a published author, boasting the successful and locally renowned short story "Horse Woman". This critically acclaimed tale has earned him a reputation among literary enthusiasts in Calgary and beyond.
With a Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from the University of Calgary and Mount Royal University, Kevin has a solid foundation in the humanities. However, his true passion lies in the world of film, where he has made a name for himself as a talented director, producer, and actor.
Kevin's impressive resume includes appearances in Canadian music video director legend Jeth Weinrich's music video "Stone Child" and supporting role in "Cowboy Stories" with Jimmy Rankin in the early 90's. He has also shot an impressive twenty short films, including his debut short film "Hecho En Mexico", which was accepted into the Calgary Society of Independent Filmmakers "$100 Film Festival" in 2005.
