Kenny Stevenson is a seasoned comedian with a 20-year career in Los Angeles, and has been a mainstay at the Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB) for over a decade Throughout. his career, he has had recurring roles on numerous television shows, including "Parks and Recreation", "Comedy Bang Bang", and "Brooklyn 99", as well as appearances on "This is Us", "Hawaii Five-0", "Preppy Little Teen$", and "The UCB Show".
In addition to his live-action work, Kenny has lent his voice and puppeteering skills to several projects. He voiced and puppeteered the character "Edgar" on "Duff's Happy Fun Bake Time", and worked as an additional puppeteer on the Netflix series "Julie's Greenroom" starring Julie Andrews.
As a writer, Kenny has had significant success. He wrote and starred in the award-winning independent film "Love, Sex, and Missed Connections", which won 11 awards at 16 film festivals. His script, "How To Be A Canadian", took home the Grand Prize at the New Hampshire Film Festival, the Royal Reel Award at the Canada International Film Festival, and Feature Comedy at the Woods Hole Film Festival Screenplay Competition.
Recently, Kenny teamed up with Jon Huertas (This is Us) to form the writing/producing team behind the production shingle WestSide Stories. They have several TV and film projects in various stages of development, including their comedy short "Two Jacked", which was selected for the 2021 Tribeca Film Festival. Written by and starring Kenny, with Jon directing, the short showcases their collaborative talents.
