Biography

Keith Reamer is a seasoned film editor with a long-standing presence in the New York film industry. With a rich background in the craft, he has spent many years honing his skills and building an impressive portfolio of work.

Keith's journey as a film editor began after graduating from the University of Bridgeport's esteemed film program, which unfortunately ceased operations. Since then, he has had the privilege of editing over 60 features, documentaries, and films for television. His extensive credits include a diverse range of projects, such as Eric Bross's "Ten Benny" and "Restaurant," Maggie Greenwald's "The Ballad of Little Jo," "Songcatcher," and "Sophie and the Rising Sun," Mary Harron's "I Shot Andy Warhol," Tony Bui's "Three Seasons," John Gray's "Martin and Lewis," Jim Kohlberg's "The Music Never Stopped," Cherien Dabis's "Amreeka," and Hilary Brougher's "Stephanie Daley."

In addition to his work as an editor, Keith has also had the opportunity to direct several documentaries of his own. His most recent projects include "Made a Movie, Lived to Tell," co-directed with William Murray, and "Our Farms, Our Farmers," co-directed with Murphy Birdsall.

Keith has also had the privilege of sharing his expertise with others. In 2009, he led an intensive feature editing workshop for the Royal Film Commission of Amman, Jordan. The following year, he returned to the RFC to serve as a mentor on the production of "A 7 Hour Difference."
