Biography

Keely Cat-Wells is a renowned Entrepreneur and Disability Rights Activist who has made a significant impact in driving social, systemic, and economic change. She founded a company, which later evolved into C Talent, a representation agency that focuses on disabled talent and has reshaped the perception of disability. C Talent has represented high-profile disabled talent, including Academy Award and Emmy-nominated individuals, and has placed talent in thousands of projects for major brands.

After the acquisition, Keely established Making Space, a startup aimed at bridging the education-employment gap. The platform offers accessible pathways to employment and career advancement in the media, entertainment, and advertising industries. Making Space also produces film, TV, and promotional content that centers the disabled voice, in collaboration with Sophie Morgan.

Keely has been recognized for her expertise and has participated in discussions with notable figures, including President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. She has also served on the Advisory Board for Lady Gaga's Born This Way Foundation and holds positions on the Board of Directors for No Barriers USA and 2-Gether International.

Keely has delivered speeches for various companies and organizations, including the United Nations, NBC, Microsoft, and the Cannes Film Festival. She has also played a key role as a youth leader in the inaugural Mental Health Youth Action Forum, hosted by MTV Entertainment Group in collaboration with the Biden-Harris Administration and leading mental health nonprofits.
