Katy Dore has been captivating audiences since the tender age of nine, her undeniable talent and charisma effortlessly drawing in crowds. As she transitioned from the world of theatre to film, she secured the lead roles in numerous feature-length films, as well as noteworthy appearances in television.

Born and raised in the quaint logging town of Quincy, nestled in the picturesque landscape of Northern California, Katy's early life was marked by a strong sense of community and a deep appreciation for the great outdoors. Her academic pursuits took her to the esteemed Stanford University, where she excelled in multiple arenas. Not only was she a member of the varsity women's Volleyball and Track teams, but she also served as Senior Class President and worked as a Director for the NCAA Volunteers for Youth, showcasing her exceptional leadership skills and dedication to her peers.

Katy's academic journey continued with the pursuit of a Masters Degree at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco, further honing her craft and broadening her artistic horizons.

When asked about the world of acting, Katy Dore responded with a unique perspective, likening it to playing on a team. "I liken acting to playing on a team; you have to give it everything, every time. You need to help your teammates perform at their best and trust that they will do the same for you. It should be like a big family (without all the dysfunctional stuff)," she said, highlighting the importance of collaboration, trust, and camaraderie in the creative process.
