Biography

Here is the requested biography of June Lang:

June Lang was a striking blonde actress who had a promising career in Hollywood in the 1930s. Born Winifred June Vlasek on May 5, 1917, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she began performing at a young age and joined the "Meglin Kiddies" revues, performing in various vaudeville shows.

June made her film debut as an extra in "Young Sinners" (1931) and went on to appear in several films, including "Chandu the Magician" (1932),"The Man Who Dared" (1933),and "Music in the Air" (1934). She worked with notable stars such as John Boles, Gloria Swanson, and Laurel and Hardy.

However, June's career was cut short due to extenuating circumstances. After her contract with Fox Studios was not renewed in 1935, she was unable to regain her footing in the industry. She made sporadic appearances in films and TV shows, but never managed to return to her former glory.

June was married three times, including to a Chicago mobster named Johnny Roselli, which tarnished her reputation in Hollywood. She eventually retired from the entertainment industry and lived a quiet life in North Hollywood with her mother and daughter. June died shortly after her 88th birthday and was buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angeles.
