Juliette Gosselin, a talented Canadian actress, was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She has one brother and began her career in commercials for Merck Frost and Home Depot.
Her breakthrough role came in the multi-million dollar feature film Battle of the Brave (aka Nouvelle-France),where she played France Carignan alongside renowned actors Gérard Depardieu, David Lahaye, and Noémie Godin-Vigneau. This role earned her a Genie Award nomination for best performance by an actress in a supporting role.
Juliette's subsequent work included voicing the character Yeesha in the popular video game Myst IV Revelation, produced by Ubisoft. Her performance was done entirely in front of a green screen, adding to the game's immersive experience.
She then starred as Gabrielle in Louise Archambault's critically acclaimed feature film Familia, which received widespread acclaim and was honored as one of the top 10 Canadian movies of 2005 at the Toronto International Film Festival.
Juliette's next feature film role was as 12-year-old Monique Gagné in Histoire de famille, a poignant portrayal of one family's struggles throughout the 1960s and '70s in Quebec.
In her subsequent film, Juliette played Sophie in Délivrez-moi, a dark and thought-provoking tale of redemption, opposite Céline Bonnier and Geneviève Bujold. Her performance earned her the best actress award at the 26th Atlantic Film Festival.
At just 16 years old, Juliette landed a supporting role in the Quebec-France co-production Martyrs, directed by Pascal Laugier, where she played Xavier Dolan's sister.
In 2011, she appeared in Marc Bisaillon's second feature film, La Vérité.
Juliette's subsequent roles included portraying Léa Couture, a reckless teenager, in the hit TV series Les Jeunes Loups, and appearing in Stéphane Lafleur's film Tu dors Nicole.
Last year, Juliette joined the cast of 19-two and landed a significant role in André Forcier's latest film, Kiss me like a lover (Embrasse-moi comme tu m'aimes).
