Juliano is a multifaceted Brazilian artist, exceling in the realms of acting, writing, and directing. He holds a degree in Dramatic Arts from the University of Brasilia, Brazil.
Throughout his illustrious career, Juliano has appeared in a staggering twenty feature films, collaborating with renowned Brazilian directors such as Fernando Meirelles, Heitor Dhalia, Matheus Nachtergaele, Claudio Assis, Gabriel Mascaro, and many others of equal prominence.
One of his most notable roles is the leading character in the critically acclaimed Brazilian film Neon Bull, which premiered in 2015 and garnered numerous awards and nominations at prestigious international film festivals, including the Venice, New York, Toronto, Hamburg, Rotterdam, and Cartagena festivals. Neon Bull was also selected by New York Times critic Stephen Holden as one of the 10 Best Movies of 2016.
Internationally, Juliano worked alongside esteemed actors Rachel Weisz, Jude Law, and Anthony Hopkins in the film 360, directed by Fernando Meirelles. On Brazilian television, he appeared in four major series on Globo Chanel, earning the Best Supporting Actor award in 2012 for his portrayal of Adauto in Brazil Avenue.
Juliano has also ventured into the realm of literature, publishing his first poetry book, "Pelas Janelas" (Through Windows),through Dublinense Editor in 2012. In collaboration with his brother Érico and sister Marieta, he wrote and directed the animated short film A Roza, which was selected by Anima Mundi and won the Best Short Animated Film Screenplay award at Encontro Nacional Cinema dos Sertões in 2013.
