In 2013, Joy co-founded The Actors Arena, a prestigious organization, alongside the renowned actor Terry Kiser. Her exceptional producing skills have earned her numerous accolades, including her most recent award at the esteemed Bare Bones International Film Festival, where she received recognition for her outstanding work on the film "This Old Violin".
