Joseph Miller, a multifaceted individual, relocated to Los Angeles to further his acting education at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Within the Master of Fine Arts (MFA) program, he was fortunate enough to study under the esteemed Edward Kaye-Martin.
As his academic journey continued, Miller enrolled in the renowned Playhouse West, where he had the privilege of learning directly from the experienced Robert Carnegie. During his time at Playhouse West, he was surrounded by a talented group of students, including notable actors Michelle Pfeiffer, Ashley Judd, James Franco, and others.
In addition to his acting pursuits, Miller also had the opportunity to take classes with some of the most respected names in the industry. He honed his craft alongside Stella Adler, Charles Conrad, Martin Landau, and George Maharis, who was best known for his role in the classic TV series Route 66.
Beyond his acting endeavors, Miller is a talented songwriter and skilled tenor saxophone player. He has had the privilege of touring with the legendary Ike Turner and Tina Turner, and has studied songwriting in Los Angeles with the accomplished Al Kasha and Robin Frederick.
Miller's impressive songwriting credits include the African hit "Badonka Donk Lady," the R&B religious song "Down to the River," and numerous other tracks featuring his lyrics, music, and production expertise.
