Jolie Vanier was born in Scottsdale, Arizona in 1998. She grew up in a family deeply involved in the fine arts, which led her to pursue a career in acting at a young age. She began landing leading roles in local children's theatre groups, including Childsplay and Desert Stages.
Vanier made her film debut as Helvetica in the 2009 feature film "Shorts" directed by Robert Rodriguez and starring Jon Cryer, William H. Macy, Leslie Mann, and James Spader.
She went on to film a dark and compelling role for the second season finale of the popular television series "From Dusk Till Dawn" directed by Robert Rodriguez for El Rey. Vanier also starred in several USC short films, including "Promposal," "Remorse," and "The Auditions."
In 2014, she completed a role in the dark comedy pilot "Foxxx David." The following year, she starred in the lead role of a short film entitled "Hello, My Name is Abigail," which explores the trials and tribulations of adoption in modern society.
