John's life story began in the Volunteer State of Tennessee, where he first drew breath, before moving to the picturesque suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, where the formative years of his youth were spent.
He embarked on the journey of married life with his high school sweetheart, Ceil, and together they shared a decade of matrimony, during which they welcomed three precious children into the world.
However, their union eventually came to an end, and John went on to find love again with Karen. This new partnership brought forth four more children, further enriching his life with the joys of parenthood.
Sadly, John's life was cut short when he succumbed to the challenges posed by his longstanding struggles with weight and Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease on August 12, 1996. His passing left behind a profound sense of loss, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
