John Depew, a man of many talents and passions, discovered his love of acting at the age of 46, and has since built a remarkable body of work in various mediums.
With a career spanning over 15 years, John has worked in film, theater, television commercials, and industrials, bringing to life numerous memorable characters. His notable roles include Mort from Neil Simon's California Suite with the Burlington Players, as well as supporting roles in the award-winning films Norma's Scent and Terminal Conversation.
John's dedication and hard work have earned him not one, but two Emact awards for his supporting roles in the theater. With over 20 independent film credits to his name, he continues to seek out new acting projects.
However, John has also taken an interest in behind-the-scenes work. With the help of writing partner Steve Hrehovik, he wrote his first feature-length screenplay, which he then directed as part of Wild Beagle Productions, a company he founded with his wife Judy Coleman.
As the CEO of Bradford Medical, a company he started from scratch 18 years ago, John has always been an entrepreneur at heart. Wild Beagle Productions was a natural progression for him, allowing him to bring compelling characters to life and tell stories.
Since launching Wild Beagle Productions, John has directed three films, 27 Down, CO2, and The Final Shift, garnering interest from distributors and accolades for his work. He has also recently taken on a new challenge, directing the noir action/thriller Crossing Denver for the Internet.
Despite his busy schedule, John makes time for his loved ones, being a loving father to four children and 12 grandchildren. Born in Kono, Hawaii, John resides in Haverhill, MA with his wife and partner in life and love, Judy Coleman.
