John Chapman's fascination with film began when he was handpicked to portray X-Wing Pilot "Red 12 Drifter" in the iconic 1977 film, A New Hope, part of the beloved Star Wars franchise. This experience marked the starting point of a lifelong journey in the world of cinema.
Prior to pursuing a career in film, John spent two decades honing his skills in business and project management. He eventually transitioned into the film and music video production industry, where he took on the role of executive producer for the music video "She'll Fall For Me," featuring the renowned Christopher Lee.
With his extensive business acumen and a network of film industry contacts spanning the UK and US, John currently serves as a director for both Ghost Pictures and The Performance Academy. He is also the producer of the gripping teen drama, Walking with Shadows.
