John Kuri is a renowned Hollywood filmmaker and international film festival winner, son of 8-time Oscar nominated and twice Oscar winner Emile Kuri. He began his career at Walt Disney Studios and Disneyland, where he worked in design, production, and theme park operations. John is a multi-talented individual, with credits as an award-winning producer, director, screenwriter, production designer, published author, journalist, commercial pilot, and jazz guitarist.
John's documentary feature, "My Dad: His Remarkable Life," won Best International Documentary laurels at the Lebanese Independent Film Festival in Beirut and was honored with a "Life Career in Film" award at the Lebanese Film Festival Canada in Montreal. His work has received accolades from several international film festivals.
John has over 140 screen credits on his IMDB profile and is co-creator of the Warner Brothers/ABC police drama, "Ohara."
