Joseph Warfield is a distinguished figure in the entertainment industry, boasting an impressive 50-year career spanning stage, film, and television. Throughout his illustrious career, he has worn multiple hats, effortlessly transitioning between acting, directing, and teaching.

As a seasoned professor, Warfield held the esteemed position of Full-Time Professor and Head of Acting Study in the NYU Grad Film Department, where he taught directing actors. His extensive teaching credits also include stints at Loyola University in New Orleans, Maine Media Workshops in Rockport, Maine, New York University School for Film and Television, University of New Orleans, and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

Beyond his academic pursuits, Warfield has been an integral part of several esteemed theater companies. He was an associate artist at Southern Repertory Theatre in New Orleans, where he traveled to Moscow with productions of Tennessee Williams' plays and directed the world premiere of Solitaire at the American Center in Paris.
