As the youngest Vice President in Sony Pictures' history, Joe played a pivotal role in the studio's most prolific winning streak, which included the production of critically acclaimed films such as A League of Their Own, A Few Good Men, and Groundhog Day. His impressive track record at Sony earned him a promotion to a leadership position at MGM, where he helped to revitalize the studio's fortunes by releasing a string of global hits, including The Birdcage and Get Shorty.
Joe's next move was to New Line Cinema, where he became the youngest Hollywood studio President (Worldwide Marketing) and oversaw the studio's unprecedented level of success. During his tenure, he launched and built multiple successful franchises, including The Lord of The Rings, Austin Powers, Rush Hour, Friday, and Final Destination.
