Jocelyn, a triple threat performer, has made a name for herself as a fiercely versatile powerhouse, effortlessly transitioning between film, television, theatre, and voice-over. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, this talented artist holds dual citizenship of Canada and the United States.
Upon receiving a President's Entrance Scholarship, Jocelyn moved to Vancouver to study performing arts at the University of British Columbia. She was accepted into the prestigious Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting program, where she honed her craft alongside other talented individuals. While still attending university, Jocelyn landed a lead role in a feature film and was a Top 10 Finalist on the CBC show Triple Sensation, taking home an award for Most Outstanding Actress.
Jocelyn's rigorous acting training, combined with her impressive vocal talents and versatility, have allowed her to excel in various mediums, earning her numerous awards and leading roles in over 30 productions. A classically trained vocalist, pianist, and flutist, she has also trained in ballet, jazz, and tap.
In addition to her acting career, Jocelyn believes in the importance of constant and rigorous training to develop her craft. She regularly trains in Vancouver and has taken workshops with award-winning casting directors, producers, and creatives from Broadway, film, and television. When not on stage or in front of a camera, Jocelyn dedicates her time to teaching performing arts to children aged 3-18.
With a passion for providing training opportunities to young people, Jocelyn enjoys giving back to the community by passing on her craft to others.
