Biography

Marilyn Robinson has spent over three decades honing her craft in the entertainment industry, boasting a diverse range of credits that span television, film, regional theater, voice-over work, and corporate training films. From 1978 to 1989, she was based in Los Angeles, where she landed co-starring roles in the popular television series "The New Love American Style" and the nationally syndicated sitcom "Comedy of Comedies".

In addition to her on-screen accomplishments, Robinson has also showcased her stand-up comedy skills at some of the most renowned comedy clubs in Hollywood, including the Laugh Factory and The Ice House, where notable comedians such as Jay Leno and Joan Rivers have headlined. Robinson was a founding member and writer for the Los Angeles-based comedy group "Half-a-Deck", which was praised by the Los Angeles Times as a "Best Bet".
