Biography

James Storm, professionally known as Jim Storm, was born in the state of Illinois, USA in the year 1943. As a character actor, he began his career in the mid-1960s on the stage, showcasing his talents before transitioning to the world of soap operas. Throughout his extensive career, he has appeared in numerous soap operas, including the iconic series "One Life to Live", "Dark Shadows", and "The Bold and the Beautiful". In addition to his work in soap operas, Storm has also made guest appearances on various prime-time television series, such as "The Rockford Files" and "St. Elsewhere".

Although often typecast in minor roles in films, Storm has demonstrated his versatility as an actor by delivering complex performances in projects such as "Chain Link" (2008),where he portrayed the tough-on-the-outside junkyard owner Duncan, also known as "Big D". Apart from his work as an actor, Storm is also a skilled musician.
