Jessica Ruth Bell, also known as Jessica Bell or Jess Bell, is a multifaceted artist with a decade-long career in acting and singing. Her breakthrough year was 2020, when she landed her first lead role in the full-length feature film "As Real as You Make It", set to be released in 2022.
Following this milestone, she pursued online Improv classes at UCB and landed a spot in the 8th Annual Oscars Special by Tim Heidecker, a nearly four-hour improv-based comedy show. This led to multiple projects, including the television pilot "Rock House" and the 12th season of the "On Cinema" series, where she played the role of Wendy Kerby, an up-and-coming pop star.
Before her big-screen debut, Jessica's career was primarily rooted in theater. After completing a six-month contract performing and singing at Hong Kong Disneyland as Rapunzel and Elsa in 2019, she joined The Shakespeare Center of LA, where she played various roles in their 2019 production of "The Tragedie of Macbeth", including Third Witch, Lady Macduff, Gentlewoman, Fleance, and Musician.
In addition to her theater work, Jessica has also appeared in several musical theater productions, such as "Legally Blonde: The Musical" as Elle Woods, "Rodger and Hammerstein's Cinderella" as Cinderella, and "Grease" as Sandy.
When she's not on stage or screen, Jessica enjoys a range of hobbies, including baking, crocheting, crafting, sewing, and meditating. You can often find her journaling on a bench in a peaceful green space, reflecting on positive experiences and planning her future projects.
