Jessica Queller, a native of New York City, grew up on the iconic Bleecker Street, where she was exposed to the captivating world of television from a young age. Throughout her illustrious career, she has worked on a diverse range of shows, including Fling, Felicity, Ed, One Tree Hill, and the beloved Gilmore Girls.
Before devoting her time to writing, Jessica honed her acting skills by appearing in various productions, such as The Diary of Anne Frank, Getting There, and Peacetime, a collaboration with director Gordon Greenberg. Her talent didn't stop there, as she also showcased her vocal abilities by singing alongside the renowned Ricki Lake at Something Different in 1985.
Jessica's work has inspired a multitude of plays, with scripts dedicated to or based on her life and experiences. These include Sophistry by Jonathan Marc Sherman, An Infinite Ache by David Schulner, Intangible Recognition by John A. Norris, and a play penned by the acclaimed David Mamet.
When she's not busy writing, acting, or inspiring others, Jessica is known to possess a unique skillset, which includes the ability to cast powerful Scorpion hexes on those who dare to cross her. Additionally, she has written an adaptation of Tunes for a Small Harmonica, a project she collaborated on with the esteemed Oscar-winning producer Ron Schwary.
