He earned a Master's Degree in Film Direction from the esteemed American Film Institute's Center for Advanced Film & Television Studies, a renowned institution for film education.
Early in his educational journey, he acquired a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in theater arts/performance from Rollins College, a prestigious liberal arts institution.
Prior to pursuing his graduate degree, he honed his acting skills through acting apprenticeships at the New York Stage & Film's Powerhouse Theater at Vassar College and at the Actors Theater of Louisville, a prominent regional theater company.
He was an original member of the award-winning Off-Broadway company, Zena Group, which showcased his talents in the world of theater.
Throughout his career, he has worked extensively in film and television, providing writing, production, and consulting services for various notable companies, including Castle Rock Entertainment, Warner Bros., ABC Television, the Disney Channel, AMC, and Showtime Networks.
In addition to his industry work, he has also served as a Special Guest Director for the Florida Film Festival, a prominent film festival in the United States.
Furthermore, he has taught film and theater courses at various institutions, including Rollins College and the University of Central Florida School of Visual Art and Design.
Currently, he holds the position of Professor of Film and Television at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD),a leading institution for art and design education.
