Michael Stewart, a renowned and accomplished individual, is a Grammy award-winning songwriter, composer, and author. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami and a degree from the Parsons School of Design.
Stewart's extensive repertoire of stage scores includes "I Feel Wonderful" and "Parade," which premiered off-Broadway, as well as "Night Cap," designed for night clubs. His notable Broadway scores include "Milk and Honey," "Mame," and the iconic "Hello Dolly!," for which he received Tony and New York Drama Critic awards in 1964.
In addition to his work in musical theater, Stewart is a member of the American Society of Composers, Authors, and Publishers (ASCAP),which he joined in 1963.
