Simultaneously, Garcia also obtained a Bachelor of Education, further solidifying her versatility as a performer and educator. After making a name for herself in the film industry in Winnipeg, she successfully booked numerous short films, which subsequently led to appearances in local and national film festivals, as well as accolades in acting categories.
Garcia's impressive resume continued to grow as she worked extensively in the film and theatre communities in Winnipeg, Vancouver, New York, and even Bangkok, Thailand. Her tireless work ethic and dedication to her craft have enabled her to work and train throughout North America, often taking on the role of an On-Set teacher for local minor cast members when she's not an integral part of the cast herself.
