Jared Van Snellenberg, a talented individual, was born and raised in the vibrant city of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a young lad, he developed a profound fascination with the art of acting, which would later become a defining aspect of his life. By the tender age of 11, Jared had already begun to hone his craft through various local film and theatre courses, laying the groundwork for a future filled with promise.
As he grew older, Jared's passion for acting only intensified, leading him to make his film debut at the age of 14. In the 1996 comedy classic, Happy Gilmore, Jared had the esteemed opportunity to work alongside the renowned actor Adam Sandler, playing the role of his caddy. This marked the beginning of a long-standing relationship between Jared and the Saturday Night Live (1975) cast, as he would later go on to collaborate with two other esteemed members, Jon Lovitz in Rat Race (2001) and Darrel Hammond in Agent Cody Banks (2003).
However, Jared's journey in the entertainment industry was not without its twists and turns. In 2002, he made the bold decision to leave the industry behind and pursue a new path, one that would take him down the road of academic psychology.
