Jane Galloway Heitz, a multi-talented individual, began her professional journey by working as a casting agent in the vibrant city of Chicago. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in propelling the careers of several notable celebrities, including the illustrious Steve Carell, the renowned comedian Stephen Colbert, the talented Eric Stonestreet, and the accomplished Richard Kind.
As her passion for the entertainment industry continued to grow, Jane made the courageous decision to sell her casting agency in 1997, allowing her to focus on her own acting career full-time. This marked a significant turning point in her life, as she was able to dedicate herself entirely to pursuing her dreams.
Jane's personal life was also filled with love and joy. She was married to the esteemed Emmy-winning TV producer/director Bill Heitz from 1965 until his passing in 2002. Together, they shared a loving relationship and had a beautiful daughter, Amie Richardson, who brought immense happiness to their lives.
