Jacques Monge was a multifaceted creative professional, whose impressive body of work spanned the realms of both acting and cinematography. He is perhaps most notable for his contributions to several critically acclaimed films, including the thought-provoking and socially conscious "La haine" (1995),the visually stunning and emotionally charged "The Big Blue" (1988),and the iconic and romantic "Cyrano de Bergerac" (1990).
Throughout his illustrious career, Monge's passion for his craft was evident in every project he undertook, and his dedication to his work was rewarded with a reputation as a master of his trade. Despite his many accomplishments, however, Monge's life was ultimately cut short when he passed away on January 15, 2017, leaving behind a legacy that continues to inspire and influence new generations of artists and filmmakers.
