Jacob Hair, a remarkable individual, came into this world in Milford, Delaware, as a result of the extraordinary circumstances surrounding the Three Mile Island evacuation, which forced his parents to temporarily relocate from their home in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. This pivotal event in his early life had a profound impact on his development, fostering a deep-seated interest in the art of storytelling.
As a young individual, Jacob found himself drawn to the captivating world of comic book art, the imaginative realm of fantasy illustration, and the eerie, cult classic film "Night of the Living Dead".
