Indianna Bell is a multi-talented writer and director, currently residing in Adelaide, South Australia. Her impressive career took off in 2019 when she co-directed and produced the Tropfest-finalist short film "Safe Space". This remarkable achievement was followed by further accolades, as "Safe Space" won not one, but two prestigious awards at the South Australian Screen Awards, namely "Best Directing" and "The Young Filmmaker Award".
Indianna's creative prowess continued to flourish as she wrote and co-directed the short drama film "Call Connect", which went on to win the coveted Jury Prize for "Best Narrative Short" at the 2019 Oscar Qualifying Austin Film Festival. The film's success was further solidified by its selection for multiple international film festivals, including the renowned Vancouver International Film Festival and Manchester Film Festival. Her remarkable talent did not go unnoticed, as she was named one of Austin Film Festival's "Top 25 Screenwriters to watch" in 2020.
In 2020, Indianna co-directed and wrote the short thriller film "The Recordist", which premiered at the Adelaide Film Festival in October and has since been screened at the Manchester Film Festival, London Short Film Festival, and Hollyshorts Film Festival.
