Henry van Loon, a talented comedian, was born in Oirschot in 1982. He joined Comedytrain in 2004 and made his debut as a comedian in 2011 with De Henry van Loon Entertainment Show.
Henry's impressive film credits include Bro's Before Ho's and De Boskampi's. He gained national recognition for his ruthless performance in The Roast of Giel Beelen and his role as Volkert in the hit series De Luizenmoeder.
In addition to his film and television work, Henry has also starred in the series Tropenjaren and participated in The Masked Singer and Last One Laughing. Since 2019, he has been a regular guest on Promenade, the satirical Late Night Talkshow hosted by Diederik Ebbinge.
In November 2023, Henry launched a podcast with Martijn Crins, Kuieren, in which they pay tribute to underappreciated villages in the Netherlands. In February 2024, Henry performed for the first time at the Royal Theatre Carré, completing the tour of his sixth show, Jannie The Show Dog.
Henry's upcoming projects include the try-outs for his new show Keanu, which is set to premiere at the end of January 2025.
