Harry Schultz, a highly accomplished individual, holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in directing from the prestigious New York University School of the Arts. With a rich theatrical background, he has had the opportunity to act in numerous Off-Broadway and regional productions, showcasing his exceptional talent.
Some of his most notable roles include Hucklebee in the iconic musical "The Fantasticks", Tevye in "Fiddler on the Roof", and Agamemnon in "Electra, The Legend". His impressive repertoire also includes Off-Broadway credits, such as directing William Hauptman's "Heat" and Joe Orton's "The Ruffian on the Stairs".
Before dedicating himself to writing, Harry spent several years teaching acting and English in central New Jersey. His written works include "The Long Way Home" and "Before We Wake". He later returned to the stage, taking on various roles at the Princeton Summer Theater, including Sorin in "The Sea Gull", Baptiste Minola in "The Taming of the Shrew", Mr. Maraczek in "She Loves Me", Dr. Chumley in "Harvey", and Shylock in "The Merchant Of Venice".
Most recently, Harry had the privilege of portraying Tito Merelli in the Pierrot Productions presentation of "Lend Me A Tenor" at Mercer County College in New Jersey. Throughout his illustrious career, Harry Schultz has consistently demonstrated his versatility, talent, and dedication to the world of theater and writing.
