Harris Shore, born Harold Leroy Cherashore, hails from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, where his father, Ralph, a doctor, served under the esteemed General George S. Patton during World War 2. His mother, Martha, was a devoted housewife and stenographer. This talented individual has made a lasting impact in the entertainment industry as an actor, writer, and director, boasting an impressive repertoire of work on Seinfeld (1991),The Trust (2021),Holiday Calendar (2018),Wings (1990),and The Korean War (1990).
Shore's claim to fame extends beyond his notable roles, as he took on the iconic character of the original, live-action Mario in the Donkeykong commercials for ColecoVision, circa 1981, and as the original Mr. Lippman in the hit comedy, Seinfeld. In his early career, he co-produced and starred in the sensational show group, "Four On The Town," which received standing ovations throughout the Catskills and Poconos, before entertaining our troops in Vietnam and Thailand in the spring of 1972.
As a proud single father to his daughter, Peri, a senior softball player and manager of the LA Codgers, Shore has also had the honor of singing "The Star Spangled Banner" in Dodger Stadium four times, from 2016 to 2019.
