Harmony, a native Angeleno, began her acting career at the tender age of six months with a commercial for Johnson's Baby Powder. Her childhood was spent mostly in Hawaii, but a summer break in L.A. led to her signing with Elite Model Management at 15.
As a fashion model, she traveled the world, eventually transitioning into acting. Her breakout role was in the infamous Clairol Herbal Essences commercial campaign, where she played the brunette in the "orgasm in the shower" ads.
Harmony then honed her acting skills at the prestigious Playhouse West acting school and repertory theater in North Hollywood, where she trained with Robert Carnegie and Jeff Goldblum. She went on to perform in numerous network TV shows, films, and plays throughout her career.
One of her standout roles was as Rita, the "popular" bank manager in Mike Nichols' film What Planet Are You From?, alongside Garry Shandling, Greg Kinnear, and Annette Bening.
Harmony took a hiatus from acting to focus on family life, but when she returned to her passion for performing, she dedicated herself to theatre. She starred in critically acclaimed plays such as Scott Haze's Angel Asylum, Eric Edward's A Mixed Tape, and Playhouse West's Welcome Home Soldier.
In 2016, Harmony founded the female filmmakers group, Chicks Making Flicks, and has since written, directed, and produced eight films and a web-series. Her films have earned her numerous awards, including the Indie Spirit and Excellence in Filmmaking awards for The Escape and Island of the Dolls at the Idyllwild International Festival of Cinema.
In 2022, Harmony received the Vanguard Award for Best Supporting Actress in the feature film, Heretic. Currently, she is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Film, Television and Media while continuing to focus on her acting career.
