Gregory Mikell made his Broadway debut in 2001 in Cheryl Davis's "The Color of Justice," a play based on the Supreme Court's ruling of Brown v. the Board of Education, where he played the role of Brown.
Born in Statesboro, Georgia, Gregory grew up on a farm before moving to Florida, where he spent most of his youth. He attended Jacksonville State University in Alabama, before being accepted to study at The National Shakespeare Conservatory in NYC. Gregory also received summer training with John Kane of the Royal Shakespeare Company and graduate work at the Actors Studio Drama School under the guidance of Dean Emeritus James Lipton.
Gregory is currently pursuing a Master of Science in IT at the National University and plans to pursue a Doctorate in Global Economic Policy.
