Director, Producer, and Screenwriter G. Chesler, who prefers they/them pronouns, was born in Queens, New York. Their film company, G6 Pictures, is a testament to their family heritage, as they are the sixth Giovanna in a line of maternal Giovannas. Throughout their illustrious career, G. has produced and directed a wide range of films, including the feature documentaries "Connection / Isolation" (2024),"Period: The End of Menstruation" (2006),and the comedic coming-out shorts "The Pick Up" (2018) and "BeauteouS" (2002).
