Auger's educational background is impressive, having earned a Marketing Management diploma and a Small Business Management certificate from Grande Prairie Regional College in 1995.
In recognition of his outstanding achievements, Auger was awarded the prestigious National Native Role Model by the Governor General of Canada in both 1996 and 1997. This esteemed honor granted him the opportunity to embark on a remarkable journey, visiting over thirteen communities across Canada.
